These terms govern your use of the Renu Resham website and every purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms along with our Privacy, Refund and Shipping policies.

Every bangle set is currently priced at ₹499 (marked down from ₹999). Prices, offers and availability may change at any time without prior notice, but changes never affect orders already confirmed. As each piece is handmade, slight variations in thread shade, stone placement or finish are natural and part of the craft — not defects.

Placing an order on the website is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after our confirmation call or message, and is fulfilled subject to stock availability. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to stock errors or an unreachable delivery address — in which case any amount already paid is refunded in full.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

We accept Cash on Delivery and UPI / bank transfer (details are shared on the confirmation call). Orders are dispatched only after payment terms are confirmed. Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

All content on this website — the Renu Resham name and logo, product photographs, designs, text and graphics — is the property of Renu Resham and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers, weather or events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or a purchase is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
