Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unused bangles can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging with all pouches, tags and boxes intact.

Our team will confirm your return and arrange pickup or share the return shipping address within one working day.

Once we receive the returned items, they are inspected within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days:

• Prepaid orders (UPI / bank transfer) — refunded to the same account or UPI ID
• Cash on Delivery orders — refunded via UPI or bank transfer to details you share

We cannot accept returns when:

• The bangles have been worn, used or damaged after delivery
• The original packaging, pouch or tags are missing
• The return is requested more than 7 days after delivery

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Prepaid cancellations are refunded in full within 5–7 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard 7-day return process applies.

Every set is checked by hand before dispatch, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including any shipping charges.
