Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹59, anywhere in India.
2. Dispatch Time
Every bangle set is wrapped by hand and packed in a protective box. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed on Sundays or public holidays ship the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days from dispatch
- Other pin codes: 4–7 working days from dispatch
Remote or difficult-to-service pin codes may take a little longer. We will always share an expected delivery date when your order is confirmed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details appear in your account under Orders → Track, and we send shipping updates to your registered contact. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +91 62894 69443 with your order number for a live status.
5. Delivery Area
We currently ship across India only. Please double-check your address and PIN code at checkout — orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect address may need to be re-shipped at an additional charge.
6. Delays
Courier strikes, extreme weather or festival rushes can occasionally add a day or two. If your order is running late, contact us and we will chase it with the courier on priority.
