• Payment information — for Cash on Delivery no payment data is collected online. For UPI or bank transfer payments, transaction details are shared directly by you at the time of payment; we never see or store your card numbers, UPI PIN or banking passwords.

• To call or message you about confirmation, dispatch and delivery
• To send order status notifications you have opted into
• To provide customer support and handle returns or refunds
• To improve our products and store experience

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your details are shared only with:

• Courier and delivery partners — only the name, address and phone needed to deliver
• The secure hosting and database providers that operate this store
• Authorities, only where disclosure is required by law

Your account data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. We keep order records for as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal requirements, after which they are removed or anonymised.
